Hello and welcome! This website was originally written as a book, but due to various reasons I never actually published it. So, I decided to put it into website form and will regularly update and add to it from now on.
The website is roughly divided into four sections which you can find in the menu. It covers most aspects of making, distributing and marketing a self-published audiobook. The only area I’ve not covered is the technical aspects of recording an audiobook. This is because there are many different types of recording software and to cover them all in detail would be absolutely impossible. I have however linked to some YouTube channels that deal with the ins and outs of some of the better software on the market.
About Me
I have sold just under 100,000 audiobooks on the ACX platform and also quite a few on Findaway Voices, so feel that I’m in a pretty good position to guide you through the whole process. Also, I did it in a slow steady way with absolutely no short cuts. If you want dodgy marketing techniques then please look elsewhere, but if you are willing to work hard, I think this website could be of great help to you.
